Standard Chartered Marathon

Hello!

BAD NEWS.

For people who have signed up for volunteers for the pre event, we are sad to say that the organisers are only taking in 48.

As we have 100 over volunteers, we are giving priority to SUBCOMMS!

For subcomms who are really interested in pre event, do mail serene (serene.bsc@gmail.com) or liyi (liyii.bsc@gmail.com) to confirm.

As for those who had signed up for actual events, NO WORRIES EH!

organisers are taking in ALL of you. HAHA!

take note. this only complies to subcomms who have alr signed up for volunteering.

For those who did not have a chance to sign up, SORRY! next year eh! x)

Information!

OKAY OKAY!

take note, i need helpers to nmend the booth.

for those interested in takin part in the events, do come down to the booth to sign up personally.
as for those who have alr send me mails and msges, i've taken note. i'll save spaces for u all. bud u still need to sign up personally at the booth. Thanks!

FOR BOOKFEST!

Date: 29 Oct to 2 Nov 2007
Venue: outside LT 18

basically we are selling used textbooks that students wans us to help them sell.
i need helpers to help mend the booth and take down the particulars of sellers and money collectors.
students will hand us their books then dey will quote a price. we will sell according to the price they state. They will also need to leave their particulars down.
Particulars namely NAME, HP NUMBER, ADMIN NUMBER.
once the book/s are sold, we will call the seller to come collect their money.
if happens that we have unsold books by the end of bookfest, we will call the seller back to collect their books. if they don't, it will be BSC property ok!

For BIZSHIELD!

Recruitment Date: 29 oct to 2 Nov 2007
Recruitment Venue: outside LT 18
Actual event Date: TBA
Actual event Venue: Basketball court, netball court and soccer court

This is FUN! It is a sports competition among cool students in business school!
The sports involved are soccer, basketball and captain's ball.
we have two different dates. namely recruitment and actual.
For recruitment, students have to form up teams to take part in the comp.
Helpers will need to take down the groups' particulars, naming the leader.
Particulars namely NAMES, ADMIN NUMBERS, HP NUMBERS, EMAIL ADD, COURSE.
For actual event, the sports are split into different days.
I need referees and timekeepers. (subcomms do help k!)
subcomms can form up a team or two to take part in the comp as well. (warmly welcomed!)
admin number is very important for seal points! HAHA!

for OPEN HOUSE BIZ GUIDES!

Recruitment date: 29 to 31 October
Recruitment venue: outside Lt 18
workshop date: 15 dec 2007
workshop/camp venue: TBA
open house date: 10 11 12 Jan 2008
open house venue: Business School

Having biz guides is important.
during open house, business school needs biz guides to bring sec school students and visitors ard various stations allocated in business school.
subcomms are highly recommended to take part in this project ok. LOL!
BUT! before open house, we need to train business students to become B guides.
selected students will go through a workshop before the actual date.
SEAL POINTS, SHIRT AND LOA GIVEN!

TPAC Tribal Camp!

TPAC will be having their Tribal Camp on 8 to 11 October 2007! If there are more than 3 people in a group of friends, they will try to group all of you together so all of you can have fun in this camp together! :D Please help support Adventure Club!
