however, the GREAT EASTERN RUN event has been switched to a new event which is RUN FOR HOPE! here are the details:
When? 5th October 7.15am - 11.00am Where? East Coast Park What? Run for hope T-shirts will be provided for all marshals. Who? You! Why? Because it is meaningful and SEAL points will be given as well !
as it is on a NEW DATE, the 5th October, for those who have signed up and you think you cannot make it anymore. you may inform me.
